It took us a moment to write this review because we really wanted to make sure it adequately conveyed how wonderful an agent Michael has been for us.
We were lucky enough to meet Michael at the first open house we wandered into, and we very quickly became sure he was an outstanding fit for our goals.
One week later he took us on a whirlwind tour, introducing us to three great towns in Central MA, and helping us see the pros and cons of 9 houses, from building components to neighborhoods, studs to heating systems and everything in between. He's a true treasure trove of knowledge.
Two days later he guided us through our first offer and the entire process and a month later we were homeowners! He's a wonderful advocate for his clients, has never left a single question unanswered and went absolutely above and beyond (and continues to!) to help us through the intricacies of home buying and home owning.
Everyone needs someone like Michael for this process and we couldn't be happier to have met him when we did.

Michael Chaves is a great realtor. I was a first time homebuyer. Mike was able to set up a meeting with me very quickly and went over everything about the whole process and took all the stress away from the first meeting. He introduced me to a great loan officer who I ended up working with.
He worked day and night for us sending us houses, setting up visits for the houses we wanted to see and looking very in depth at all the houses with us. He brings more to the table than the realtors you see on TV. He will make sure you get what you pay for and isn't doing it just to sell homes.
